Musabaqat of Hifz al-Quran held at Burhani Masjid, Sharjah UAE

"al-Quran afdhalo min kulle shayin dunallah".

As per the farman from Mahad al-Zahra, Anjuman-e-Najmi Sharjah organized a Hifzul Qur'an competition on niyat of Tulul Umr Huzurala TUS, which was held at Burhani Masjid, Sharjah UAE.

The selected 12 participants from Mumineen men and 12 from children did the tilawat of various surahs which were allotted to them according to a draw. The tilawat was done by each of the participants in a very heart rendering way. The 4 judges marked them according to their hifz and mura'at of ahkam. One of the participants will further proceed for competition at the Jamiyat level, Inshallah.

Three participants were awarded with prizes from both groups while others were given certificates of participation. Gifts and certificates were awarded to the winners by Janab Aamil Saheb Qusai BS Jamaluddin. The entire gathering is indeed rewarded by hasanaat by Allah Subhanahu Inshallah, for the afzal ibadat of tilawat al-Quran.
