As per farman from al-Vazaratus Saifiyah, Mumineen who have not registered for Ashara Mubaraka 1428 on eJamaat should not travel to Colombo at all.

Mumineen who have registered but have not received accommodation allotment should not board their flights to Colombo to avoid hassles at the venue.

Mumineen traveling to Colombo must add their flight itinerary and PNR numbers with their eJamaat registrations. On completion of the registration Mumineen should get Departure scan certificates from the Jamaat office prior to their departure.
